 On January 24, 2012, ServeHAITI lost an active and devoted Board Member, Ms. Yvette Napaul. Yvette, a long time ServeHAITI volunteer and faithful advocate for her hometown of Grand Bois, passed away at home in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Yvette’s tireless work to better the lives of her neighbors is evident in almost all of her community service in the US and Haiti. Her contributions to ServeHAITI have been numerous over the years; from purchasing and transporting supplies, to traveling on mission trips, helping with fundraising and finally participating in the governance of the organization as a Board Member. Her life and spirit will be missed.
Yvette is survived by her children: Emmanuel, Colleen and granddaughter Bijou, as well as a plethora of loving sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and cousins. Our warmest regards and sympathy are extended to this generous family.
