Hannah Anderson, daughter of Peter Anderson, and frequent delegate to Haiti, helped organize a student fundraiser for Haiti on February 26, 2010 in Carlisle, PA.
With over 1,000 students and residents of Carlisle in attendance, proceeds exceeded their goal of $10,000.00! After Hannah spoke at a student senate meeting in early February, the Senate voted to give half of the monies to ServeHAITI and the remainder to Ecofiltro. Both of these non-profits have connections to Dickinson alumni and work in Haiti.
